Information
Many clients we speak with are often disappointed with local support, for example many banking institutions suggest that they will provide businesses with a localised and personal service. Too often the promise is one that is over-promised and under-delivered. Our service helps small businesses through the initial minefield of company incorporation and all the other stages of a company life-cycle. We have a varied portfolio of clients, which enables us to assist in all areas of business strategy including growth, stability, consolidation, diversification and winding up.
When we commit to providing our service to clients we agree to provide the level of service that has been agreed by both parties. It is important that our clients understand that we are committed to the longer term and we appreciate that with this approach our clients can rely on sound financial advice as they grow. This kind of partnership is important to us and we take great pride in seeing many of our existing clients growing over the years into even more profitable businesses.
Tax, financial planning and strategy
During the financial year we consider it important that we meet our clients at least once a year to discuss:
- Tax planning and how to minimise tax exposure
- Part of this process will include a thorough review of expenses and salary requirement
- Planning for profits and the best way of drawing these profits from the business.
All of the above will be discussed, taking into consideration your circumstances, with tax minimisation in mind, so we will need either a lengthy conversation over the phone or better still a couple of meetings.
